Using wearable cameras and AI-driven vision models, they are transforming productivity and safety for construction teams. As they scale towards Series A funding, the opportunity to join their dynamic team as a Founding Product Designer is now available.

Role : Product Designer

Location : San Francisco, CA (On-site)

Compensation : $150K - $275K + Significant Equity

YOE : 4+ years of experience in product design for industrial infrastructure platforms or enterprise software

About the Role

• Lead user research with field workers, executives, and other stakeholders to create impactful and user-friendly designs.
• Own the design of the company’s brand, website, and platform user experience.
• Design innovative timesheet interfaces, project management dashboards, and gamified reward systems for construction workers.
• Develop mobile-first, data-driven solutions to improve the efficiency of construction teams in the field.
