Job Description
This position will be responsible for sales and customer growth, supporting existing programs and contributing to the development of new items and programs. This team member will be coordinating the procurement and sales activities as a part of the Charlie's Produce Trading Company team to ensure product lines are offered to current and potential customers. There will be a focus on addressing the needs and ensuring the satisfaction of both our customers and vendors partners. These activities include assigned customers and vendors as well as internal company team members.

Qualifications :
Previous produce experience in retail or wholesale environment preferred Commodities knowledge including vegetables & fruits. Flexibility to handle evolving scope of assignments and projects. Effective interpersonal skills to communicate. Negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills. Proven customer service. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced work environment and a willingness to help all members of the department. Able to effectively prioritize, meet deadlines, and accomplish team objectives. AS400 and Retalix experience preferred
