A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on public company and corporate securities law matters and compliance

Draft and review SEC filings to ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Support corporate governance matters and assist with corporate transactions

Required Qualifications

Law degree from a U.S. accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. State bar

10+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house

Proven management skills and broad experience in U.S. corporate and securities law

Exceptional critical thinking and strong business acumen

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
