Alisos Animal Hospital, a privately owned, single-doctor veterinary clinic in Mission Viejo, is seeking an experienced full-time veterinary receptionist to join our dedicated team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care in a busy, fast-paced, and supportive environment.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service to both pets and their people. Veterinary experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer phones, and schedule appointments
• Manage patient check-in and check-out
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow-ups
• Support team communication and assist where needed
