Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering analytics dashboards/reports for decision-making
• Advanced proficiency in at least one of the following: SQL, Tableau (preferred), PowerBI, or similar visualization and data prep tools
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and clear visualizations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with ability to engage across multiple levels of management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Master’s degree and/or technical certifications (e.g., Tableau, aCAP)
• Experience with advanced tools: Python, R, SAS, Hadoop, Snowflake, or server administration for analytics platforms
