A company is looking for a Property Damage and Subrogation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and litigate property damage claims, including pre-suit investigations and court representation

Advise on legal risks related to policy interpretations and claims settlements

Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and arbitration discussions

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing

3-5 years of experience in property damage claims or insurance litigation

In-depth knowledge of Florida insurance law and litigation procedures

Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
