Job Description :

The Entertainment Marketing team is responsible for bringing the brand story to life through partnerships, content, and live experiences at both national and local levels. This includes strategic development, creative ideation, planning, execution, and measurement of sponsorships and tentpole events.

The Sr. Entertainment Marketing Manager will manage and execute brand-focused entertainment programs that deliver meaningful experiences and benefits to customers. This includes planning, implementation, and measurement of programs, as well as supporting other key entertainment partnerships as needed.

This role will drive sponsorships and partnerships that align with entertainment strategy and overall brand and business priorities, leveraging sound business rationale, consumer insights, and other data—with a strong focus on experiential marketing and ticketing programs .

The ideal candidate will have a pulse on culture, be creative and collaborative, and help bring priority messages to life through can’t-miss cultural moments, strategic partnerships, and events. They should demonstrate a proven ability to work cross-functionally to build and execute integrated marketing plans with teams such as Media, Social, PR, and others to achieve business goals, while effectively managing internal and external partners.

Main Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute entertainment marketing programs across the full lifecycle—from briefing through measurement—to support brand and business growth.
• Support entertainment partnerships and talent across all lines of business, including evaluating new opportunities as requested by business units.
• Plan and execute additional entertainment marketing sponsorships and activations as needed.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with entertainment agencies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties / projects as assigned by business management.
