Employment Attorney (Counsel)

Location : Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento, or San Francisco

Direct Counsel is seeking an Employment Counsel to join a well-regarded law firm in California.

About the Role :

The firm is seeking an experienced employment litigator with 8+ years of experience . The role will focus on defending employers in :

Complex class, collective, and representative actions

Single-plaintiff wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters

The successful candidate will have :

Significant leadership roles in employment litigation matters

Superb writing and analytical skills

Admission to the California Bar

Strong academic credentials

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary range : $175,000 – $230,000 , depending on experience

Hybrid work environment with the possibility of remote flexibility
