Summary
As a Senior Graphic Designer on our Marketing team, you will contribute to driving our visual brand identity and creating impactful marketing materials across various channels. You will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director and B2B Marketing Director to translate strategic goals into compelling design solutions that resonate with our target audience. This is an opportunity for a passionate and proactive designer to make a significant impression on our brand and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of high-quality marketing materials for various initiatives, including print collateral (brochures, presentations, ads, packaging, etc.), digital collateral (website assets, email, and social media), as well as simple photo and video edits.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Translate marketing strategies into visually appealing and compelling design concepts, bringing an experimenting mindset to the table.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design materials, including preparation of production-ready files for digital and print.
- Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management, and delegate tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Evaluate and improve asset management practices to scale with company growth.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Provide art direction for on-site photo and video shoots, ensuring all visual assets align with our brand and creative vision.
- Provide feedback, support, and mentorship to other designers.
- Stay up-to-date with visual research, industry trends, and best practices, and determine how to incorporate them into our brand strategy where appropriate.
Experience
Start-up DNA : Willing to roll up sleeves, do foundational work, and test innovative approaches. Able to prioritize deftly. Comfortable with setting direction and adapting to the landscape.6+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within a marketing setting.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.Proven ability to lead, communicate, and adapt within a charged environment to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Values building relationships to deepen understanding and strengthen collaboration.Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and a deep understanding of brand marketing and design standards; demonstrate ability to elevate work and a high standard of quality.High attention to design detail, with an interest in usability and customer journey.Strong presentation and communication skills, both internal and external, with the ability to work within a partially remote team environment.Proficiency in current design software and technologies.Possesses a curious mindset and is open to leveraging new tools, including AI, to enhance creative output.Cosm is an equal opportunity employer.
