A law firm seeks a Residential Real Estate Attorney in Greensboro, NC. This full-time, in-office position offers the opportunity to engage with a variety of real estate legal matters in a supportive, high-volume environment.
Duties
- Conduct residential real estate closings involving buyers, sellers, and lenders.
- Review closing documents and title searches for legal sufficiency.
- Address title curative matters and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.
- Handle a high volume of transactions while delivering top-notch service.
