Pay :

This full-time role pays $18 – $22 / hour plus commission .

WHAT YOUR DAY AS A HVAC TECHNICIAN - MAINTENANCE TECH

Your day will begin at home as you head directly to your assigned job sites, servicing and maintaining HVAC and AC systems for our customers. You will spend your time identifying failing parts, performing combustion analysis readings, and ensuring all systems are operating safely and efficiently. Throughout the day, you will write clear and accurate estimates for repairs or maintenance while communicating with customers in a professional, knowledgeable way. Every day will bring new challenges and the opportunity to make a real difference in providing comfort and safety for our clients.

YOU'LL WORK THESE HOURS AS OUR HVAC TECHNICIAN - MAINTENANCE TECH

You'll work Monday through Friday from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM , with opportunities for overtime and on-call assignments. You will dispatch directly from home to your job sites each day, meaning no need to report to a central location-except for Tuesday meetings at our main office.
