As the Manager of Talent Acquisition - Recruitment Marketing, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives that attract top talent to our Village. You'll shape how DaVita shows up in the talent marketplace, driving awareness, engagement, and conversion through innovative, data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of recruitment marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and oversee multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies aligned with DaVita's hiring goals and employer brand.
• Manage vendor partnerships and oversee campaign performance, ensuring alignment with brand standards and ROI targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Employer Brand, TA Communications, TA Learning, and business partners to deliver cohesive messaging and candidate experiences.
• Leverage analytics to optimize campaign performance, inform strategy, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Champion DaVita's core values and culture through storytelling, events, and digital engagement.

The Salary Range for the role is $100,000.00-$147,000.00 per year.If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt : New York City and Long Island : $64,350.00 / year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $64,350.00 / year, Remainder of New York state : $60,405.80 / year New York Non-exempt : New York City and Long Island : $16.50 / hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $16.50 / hour, Remainder of New York state : $15.50 / hourWashington Exempt : $77,968.80 / year Washington Non-exempt : Bellingham : $17.66 / hour, Burien : $21.16 / hour, Unincorporated King County : $20.29 / hour, Renton : $20.90 / hour, Seattle : $20.76 / hour, Tukwila : $21.10 / hour, Remainder of Washington state : $16.66 / hour
