Overview :
The Sales Enablement Specialist III plays a pivotal role in driving performance improvement across the TurboTax Concierge team. This role combines strategic enablement, frontline engagement, and data-driven insights to ensure agents and managers are equipped with the right tools, training, and support to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate across multiple teams to analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement targeted solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
