About the Team

The Variables team specializes in relocation project management, delivering seamless workplace transitions for a wide variety of clients. From corporate office moves to space configurations, we bring structure, clarity and precision to every project. We take pride in exceeding expectations, representing Visions’ original service line with expertise, care and a client-first mindset.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for relocation clients and the leader driving project execution. This role blends strategic client service with hands-on project delivery. Success requires a calm, confident approach, strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-faceted environments.

Position Goals

• Deliver outstanding client satisfaction throughout each project.
• Drive consistent execution using Visions’ project framework.
• Manage budgets effectively, balancing client expectations with cost efficiency.
• Meet or exceed all agreed-upon project KPI’s.
