Thur 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential threats.

Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related breaches, or hazards observed during patrols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Assist in implementing emergency response protocols as directed by site management or Allied Universal leadership.

Complete required documentation and reports accurately after each shift or incident.

Minimum Requirements :

Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.

Possess an armed guard card or license.

Hold an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Provide a DD214 with honorable discharge or an associate degree or 60 college credits or a police academy certificate or a corrections academy certificate.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
