Med / Surg / ER—Night Shift—Looking for a 8-12 week contract for an RN for night shift. Will be a 6 on 8 off schedule!!!  Any color / pattern scrubs is acceptable. BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS required and NRP preferred...We use Cerner Community Works for our charting system. Our average census is 3-4 patients. The candidate would need to be able to be the charge nurse, and have solid ER and med surg experience, as our nurses work both throughout their shift. The shift runs 5 : 30pm-6am. There is also some opportunity for overtime on the 7th day, if they would like that opportunity. This candidate would also need to be able to perform charge nurse duties on some shifts during assignment once oriented to our facility. About Norton County Hospital The Norton County Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital and Level IV trauma center. Along with the Norton Medical Clinic, we provide medical services for residents in Norton County and surrounding northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska communities. We care for patients of all ages with a mix of acute, skilled, intermediate, pre / post-surgical and OB. Current Flu vaccine required
