Position Summary :

The Manager of the Clinical Outcomes Research and Education (CORE) Facility is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all registered research activities within the facility, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily functions. In addition, the Manager facilitates and evaluates CORE's research, education, and development activities, supporting the mission to expand institutional research and foster research opportunities, collaborations, and knowledge across colleges and campuses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support researchers with study development, grant / IRB applications, and research tasks.
• Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations and reporting.
• Facilitate student interactions with research collaborators.
• Develop systems for project tracking and outcomes assessment.
• Serve as liaison between researchers, staff, and collaborators.
• Prepare reports on research activities, proposals, and progress.
• Coordinate research meetings, trainings, and events.
