00 Per year Job Description : Our client seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide top-notch physical therapy services with measurable outcomes.
Candidates should hold a Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy, have an active license, and value diversity, equity, and inclusion within a varied workforce.

Key Responsibilities : - Deliver exceptional healthcare to patients.- Assess new patients and establish care plans.- Set clear, functional goals for treatment and patient education.
- Guide patients through treatment and home exercise programs.- Supervise assistants and track patient advancements.- Focus on pain management within the care spectrum.
- Decide on patient discharge timing and offer post-treatment guidance.- Ensure documentation is timely and accurate.- Contribute to a productive work environment.
- Engage in research and protocol development.- Offer insights into policy and procedural development.- Manage patient feedback and address complaints efficiently.
- Stay current with the latest physical therapy research and practices. Work Schedule : - Flexible scheduling available within clinic operational hours : Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
Compensation and Benefits : - Competitive base salary of around $80,000.- Additional profit sharing and bonuses ranging from $3,000 to $7,000 yearly.
