About The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, our delivery driver is responsible for picking and packing finished goods per order and delivering them to our OH bars in Columbus, New Albany, and Cleveland. No CDL is required. When not delivering, you will be performing other warehouse responsibilities. This person is expected to be open-minded to trying new methods or processes to support BrewDog, careful with resources and challenging others where you see waste.

Job responsibilities include:

• Delivery of product including cans and kegs to Ohio BrewDog locations safely and without incident in the company trucks.
• Safe movement of goods through the warehouse including loading and unloading.
• Checking inbound stock against packing slip and accepting stock into system before moving stock into inventory.
• Generating packing slips, picking stock and loading trailers for outbound shipments.
• Identifying damaged or missing goods and reporting to managers; completion of any required paperwork or product ID tags.
• Counting and accepting finished goods into inventory and moving into cold storage.
• Selecting and organizing stock according to age to ensure FIFO of all raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s safety and quality procedures.
• Pack and ship E-Commerce orders each morning according to list of orders.
• Correctly stocking pallets of finished goods that complete from the packaging line, providing support in staging materials and managing palletizer for production lines.
• May be asked to assist or support another part of the business based on needs and resource availability; ability to flow to the work as requested.
• Complete any task(s) as requested or assigned by anyone in the leadership group.

About You

Candidates should demonstrate flexibility, diligence, enthusiasm, and a passion for developing our growing warehouse operation, as well as:

• Ability to safely drive and handle an F box truck.
• Forklift experience required.
• Computer literacy, MS Office experience preferred.
• Proactiveness and high energy.
• Flexibility in assignment of tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Ability to understand and follow the weekly packaging schedule.
• Ability to stand and move around for up to 12 hours.
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout shift.
• Situational awareness.

Even better if candidates have:

• Computer literacy, MS Office experience.
• SAP experience.
• RF scanner experience.
• Produmex experience a bonus.
