Job Responsibilities

• Monitor dose order form submission
• Create and submit manufacturing orders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and delivery of radiopharmaceuticals
• Ensure the timely processing of calibration sample orders
• Monitor and track RAM (Radioactive Material) license status
• Oversee supply chain management for Radioactive drug
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all orders and processes
• Implement project management tools and best practices for tracking progress, reporting, and documentation

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Planning or order management experience a bonus
• Pharmaceutical industry experience a bonus

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Concise communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Love for complex systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Enthusiasm to learn
