Junior Premises Liability Associate Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Junior Premises Liability Associate Attorney in our growing Downtown Alpharetta, GA office.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily premises liability.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Qualifications

This role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.
