About the Role

The Associate will join a Boston based private equity firm focused on middle market investments. For more than 30 years they have invested in companies with enterprise value of $100-$200M.

• Industry Focus : Healthcare, Food Value Chain, Industrials, Education & Training, Select Business Services.
• Target Investment : Founder owned and operated companies with $10-30M EBITDA and $100-200M EV.

Job Description :

The Associate will support senior investment professionals in investment sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management functions of the firm. Specific responsibilities include :

Professional Experience & Qualifications

Associate applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance or management consulting.
