Overview This role can be based near other TRC offices in Texas, Nevada, Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois, or Iowa. The Land Director serves a major role in field operations, providing critical functions related to internal and external relationships, human resource management, development, as well as management of departmental and project budgets, and overall management of a diverse portfolio of projects situated across the country. The Land Director must provide strong leadership and management skills consistent with TRC core values. This position is part of a nationwide team and must interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and staff. The Land Director reports to the Vice President of Land.
