Insight Global is seeking a seasoned BCDR Consultant to support one of our retail clients. This is a remote contract role ideal for a strategic leader with deep technical expertise and strong project management skills
Responsibilities :
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments
- Develop, document, and maintain BCDR plans across departments and systems
- Lead and coordinate BCDR tests, simulations, and tabletop exercises
- Support incident response and crisis management teams during disruptions
- Advise executive leadership on risk mitigation and resilience strategies
- Ensure compliance with standards like ISO 22301 and NIST
Qualifications :
10+ years of progressive experience in BCDR, risk management, or related fields5+ years in a senior consulting or leadership roleBachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or Risk ManagementCBCP and / or PMP certifications preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and BCM softwareAdaptability in high-pressure, evolving environmentsProject Leadership :
Drive BCDR program implementation from initiation to completionManage stakeholders across business units and IT teamsDeliver clear documentation, reports, and presentationsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesPromote continuous improvement through analysis and feedbackFully Remote 6 month contract
Compensation :
$40 / hr. to $47 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
