Job Description
Ro-Mac Lumber & Supply has an immediate opening for a friendly Inside Sales Associate in Lady Lake, FL who is a welcoming, knowledgeable resource for customers.
Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and efficient processing of their orders.
Answers questions and provides information as needed. Generates sales through excellent customer service, add-on and up-selling.
With over 275 employees Ro-Mac Lumber is one of Floridas premier residential and commercial building material suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Ability to quickly and thoroughly learn product information and technical concepts
Must be comfortable selling company products
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills related to the market
Problem solving skills; ability to determine solutions for customers
Knowledge of building materials; preferred
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
Good phone and computer skills
Shelve stock items to keep showroom well stocked, neat and clean
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Salary : $11.00 to $12.00 / hour
