SALARY RANGE : $2,555.57 - $3,775.76 Bi-weekly; $66,444.82 - $98,169.76 Annual

REPORT TO : Information Technology Supervisor

The Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) is one of 21 Regional Centers that are community-based, private non-profit corporations under contract with the California Department of Developmental Services. RCEB provides intake, assessment, diagnosis, and coordinates community-based services for over 25,000 children and adults with developmental disabilities in Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

RCEB envisions a future where persons with developmental disabilities are truly a part of the community. Persons with developmental disabilities receive supports and services they need to succeed. The supports and services change as the need changes.

SPECIFIC DUTIES :

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for all the technical operations of the entire data and voice network systems, including server hardware and software; desktop hardware and software; database and web applications; and other similar duties assigned.

• Maintain and perform necessary tasks to support all desktop / laptop hardware and software.
• Maintain and perform necessary tasks to support the network, server, and server software.
• Maintain and perform necessary tasks to support the VoIP telecommunication system, including hardware and software.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver all database applications.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver web applications.
• Perform other related duties as required.
