Responsibilities

• Broadcast System Management : Operate and oversee the ship's onboard broadcast systems, including television channels, public address systems, closed-circuit TV, and in-cabin entertainment systems.
• Content Distribution : Coordinate the scheduling and distribution of pre-recorded and live broadcasts, including TV shows, movies, news, events, safety announcements, and promotional materials.
• Technical Troubleshooting : Monitor the broadcast systems for technical issues, audiovisual quality, and transmission disruptions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize disruptions for passengers.
• Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and updates to broadcast equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
