Badge Technician

Allied Universal is hiring a Badge Technician. The Badge Technician is primarily responsible for customer service support, facilities support, phone call service and trouble ticket resolution, and access management.

Location : Herndon, VA

Pay : $21.50 / hr

Paid Weekly!

Shift : Will be discussed at interview

Responsibilities :

• Assist customer employees and associates resolve their badging issues via phone, email, trouble ticketing, and in-person
• Process badges and maintain appropriate logs regarding the issuance, return and track all associated actions
• Monitor and regulate the daily activities to ensure compliance with site policies and procedures
• Retain and maintain all access control documents, as well as conduct audits on access control records
• Record and report any incidents to the Site Supervisor, Operations Manager, or Site Security Manager
• Acknowledge and share pass down information with officers on shift
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
