Job descriptionDentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A supportive team with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor options DDS / DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you provide care or eligibility for licensure Other certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.) Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults Guaranteed base pay of $900 / day with uncapped earning potential Student loan repayment assistance Sign-on bonus of $40,000 - $50,000 No lab fees Full-time providers are eligible for Medical / Dental / Vision insurance plans, HSA / FSA Short and Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans paid for by the company 401(k) Retirement Plan Company-paid malpractice insurance coverage Paid holidays and time off Continuing Education reimbursements CE offered through ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursements for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues (ADA and / or AAPD memberships) Flexible schedule options to help maintain a healthy work / life balance VISA and Green Card sponsorship available

Position : Associate Dentist
We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is your chance to support our mission and provide excellent dental care to the community, creating memorable experiences for children and adults alike. Here’s what you can look forward to :
