Your Role : Electrical Foreman

As an Electrical Foreman at Fountain Services, you will lead a team of 48 electricians, apprentices, and helpers on high-quality electrical installations. You'll oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning and installation to safety and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and train a crew of electricians and apprentices
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce best practices on job sites
• Plan, layout, and oversee installation of electrical systems per specs
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
• Track progress using Procore and collaborate using Bluebeam
• Maintain strong communication with Superintendents and GCs
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with the NEC and job standards
• Promote a safety-first culture aligned with OSHA standards
