Operations Specialist

Job Summary

The Operations Specialist supports and executes data entry for the Institute Advancement constituent data system. The operations specialist works with a team to maintain the integrity of entity records.

Minimum Qualifications

Education : HS Diploma or GED

Experience : 3 years of related work experience o

Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in higher education

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with a diverse population
• Knowledge of computers, accounting practices, and data entry
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under the pressure of a high volume operation
• Demonstrated planning, organizing and effective time management skills to meet established deadlines
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to compose routine correspondence and reports
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems

Preferred Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities

• Proficiency with online computer systems and applications including but not limited to Advance
• Working knowledge of online cash management systems such as CashPro

Starting Salary / Rate

Expected hiring range : $19.00 - $21.65
