Data and Business Systems Analyst

OVERVIEW :

The Data & Business Systems Analyst will be integral to advancing the organization's data analysis and systems capabilities. This dynamic role involves combining analytical expertise with system management to ensure data integrity and inform strategic decisions within a nonprofit setting.

Key responsibilities include :

• System Management and Optimization :  Take ownership of core organizational systems (primarily Salesforce), focusing on administration, configuration, and ensuring they effectively meet operational needs.
• Data Quality, Reporting, and Analysis :  Uphold rigorous data quality standards, implementing processes to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of all organizational data. Provide accurate, timely reporting and sophisticated data analysis to support management decision-making and operational goals.
• Measurement and Evaluation Support :  Collaborate with program teams to support measurement and evaluation initiatives, translating data into actionable insights regarding program effectiveness and impact.

This position is ideal for a professional with several years of experience who is ready to take ownership of both data analysis and business systems to support strategic and operational goals in a nonprofit environment.

JOB LOCATION : This position can be based in either Washington, DC, or Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN
