RN - Labor and Delivery

Are you a strong, compassionate nurse leader with a passion for maternal care? We’re seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Labor and Delivery and Postnatal Units in delivering exceptional, family-centered care.

As our L&D Nurse Manager, you’ll:

• Lead and coordinate Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery departments
• Manage daily operations, staffing (27 FTEs), and regulatory compliance (TJC, AHCA, CMS, etc.)
• Support up to 1,500 annual births and a 20-bed Postpartum unit
• Collaborate with hospital administration to align clinical performance and financial goals
• Mentor and manage team performance while fostering a culture of safety and excellence

What You Bring:

• Current Florida RN license or Compact Licensure (as per state guidelines)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of L&D Nurse Manager experience
• Certifications (can be completed after hire if not current):
• BLS & ACLS (within 30 days)
• NRP (within 90 days)
• STABLE & Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or Advanced) (within 60 months)
