UK Licensed Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial operations remotely in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Compile and analyze monthly consolidated financial statements

Implement and maintain financial controls and oversee accounting operations of subsidiaries

Prepare local, state, and federal government reporting tax filings and support the annual budgeting process

Required Qualifications

10+ years of combined accounting and finance experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

Experience as an Assistant Controller or in similar positions

Excellent understanding of GAAP and relevant financial accounting regulations

Professional certifications such as AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW (ACA), or CIPFA
