We are a growing CPA firm looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic Finance team. The successful candidate will lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services for our clients. This position offers excellent opportunities for leadership and career advancement.

Base Pay Range

$200,000 - $225,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the preparation and review of federal, state, and local income tax returns, property tax returns, and annual reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and payments.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits by various taxation authorities.
• Research and analyze complex tax issues, develop and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Lead and coordinate activities of tax staff and supervise their work.
• Provide innovative tax planning and review of complex income tax returns.
• Stay updated with current tax practices and changes in tax law.
• Handle all aspects of tax compliance for multi‑state and multi‑national operations.
• Manage the preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax provisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional client service.
• Provide training, guidance, and feedback to staff.
