Location : Memphis, TN (or willing to relocate)

Salary Range : $50,000–$60,000

Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer / Editor to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone who is excited for a dynamic environment and has a passion for capturing and producing engaging video content. You will be responsible for recording and editing professional video and audio across a wide range of projects, including interviews, events, short-form social media content, and promotional materials, ensuring that each piece aligns with client goals and creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video in a variety of settings, including multi-camera interviews, candid b-roll, aerial drone footage, and more.
• Direct subjects, establish shot lists, and select / maintain equipment to meet client objectives and deliverables.
• Travel frequently nationwide for shoots, working closely with account managers and photographers to ensure efficient content production.
• Collaborate with a team of photo and video specialists throughout all stages of production—planning, filming, media management / organization, and editing
• Edit compelling narratives using Adobe Premiere Pro, including color correction and audio mastering
• Organize and back up media assets while maintaining strong project file management practices.
• Operate drones for aerial footage (FAA Part 107 Certification a plus).
• Safely move and lift production equipment up to and exceeding 50 lbs.
