Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough plumbing inspections on residential and commercial properties

Provide detailed reports on plumbing systems, identifying issues and potential concerns

Communicate findings effectively with clients and real estate professionals

Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations

Requirements :

Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
