Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Provide ongoing support and advice to existing clients. Stay compliant with all state regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Valid Illinois insurance producer license required. Proven experience in insurance sales or financial services preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset. Willingness to continue professional development and education.
