Responsibilities
- Generate New Business Actively prospect through networking, referrals, community engagement, and direct outreach.
- Provide Expert Insurance Solutions Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage across Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance.
- Educate & Guide Clients Conduct consultations to explain policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and professional manner.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Goals Drive consistent performance to achieve individual and agency targets.
- Establish trust, ensure policy retention, and provide ongoing support to meet clients evolving needs.
Requirements
Active Insurance Licenses or must be willing to obtainSales & Customer Service Experience Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills Ability to clearly explain complex policies and close sales effectively.Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision.Tech-Savvy & Organized Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for managing leads and client information.Professional & Ethical Approach Commitment to delivering quality service while adhering to all industry regulations.
