Position Summary

We are seeking motivated Licensed Sales Producers to join our Elite Agency Team. This is a sales-only position designed for individuals who love closing deals and helping clients find the right coverage.

You'll generate new business by engaging with prospective clients, presenting solutions, and closing sales all while enjoying a Monday-to-Friday schedule and excellent work / life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
• Realistic total earnings between $65,000 $130,000+ per year. (This includes Base + Commissions + Bonus)
