We are building an autonomous vulnerability management platform that autonomously analyzes context, prioritizes vulnerabilities, determines the best remediation plan, and auto-remediates.

We're growing incredibly quickly and need a stellar founding recruiter to help us scale the team. This is a rare opportunity to join a tight-knit, elite team at the frontier of AI and cybersecurity, at a moment when customer demand and momentum are accelerating rapidly.

About the Role

As our Founding Recruiter, youll own the end-to-end recruiting function : sourcing, recruiting, coordinating, and closing.

Youll help shape how we hire, onboard, and build our culture. If youre interested in expanding into People Operations / HR functions down the line, youll have the opportunity to grow into that. But first and foremost : we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and do it all.

The primary will be primarily on technical roles, with flex into GTM roles as well.

This role is ideal for recruiters who thrive in high-ownership environments, love finding and closing exceptional talent, and want to see the tangible impact of the teams they build.

What Youll Do

Partner with company leaders and Co-Founders to build our recruiting function

Think creatively about how to source, engage, and convert top talent

Create steady, high-quality pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and proactive talent mapping

Develop, track, and improve metrics (e.g., time?to?hire, source effectiveness, candidate quality, funnel conversion)

Build scalable recruiting systems and processes

About You

4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with deep technical recruiting exposure.

Youve recruited in fast-paced, competitive environments (later-stage startups or high-bar tech companies).

Youre comfortable navigating ambiguity and a fast paced environment

Youre a strong communicator who is good at understanding what candidates are looking for and adjusting your strategy on the go

Youre excited about AI and cybersecurity, and want to help build a category-defining team.

You have interest in, or existing experience around People Ops / HR

You have experience with Ashby ATS
