Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Missouri Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home Health experience required, including OASIS assessment experience (client-specific requirement).
- Experience with client electronic documentation systems preferred, HCHB experience preferred.
- Minimum education requirement: at least a Bachelor's degree (client-specific requirement).
Assignment Details - Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1600.
- Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours per week.
- On-call/Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend every 6 weeks.
- Coverage Areas: North County, St. Louis County and St. Louis City (candidate may be required to travel within these coverage areas).
