Opportunity Overview
BioBridges, a Career Portfolio Management company supporting the drug, device, and biologic development community, is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support a short-term medical device study at a primary care clinic in the Houston area.
This study involves the use of a wearable device designed to provide electrical stimulation of sensory nerves to help improve outcomes in patients with neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and consent eligible patients and review inclusion / exclusion criteria.
- Assist with applying the wearable device (minimal training required).
- Shadow the Principal Investigator (PI) during patient visits and support study procedures.
- Document study activities, including any adverse events, per protocol and regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in a science-related field preferred.Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).RN preferred.Strong knowledge of GCP and clinical study procedures.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with PI, clinic staff, and patients.Proficient with technology and study-specific software tools.
