As an AAHA accredited facility, you will practice medicine at the highest level, utilizing advanced protocols for patient safety and clinical excellence. Our services are comprehensive, focusing entirely on small animal care, and include full Wellness and Prevention programs, sophisticated Testing and Diagnostics, Advanced Care, and a robust Surgical Procedures lineup. We also provide necessary Urgent Care services, ensuring that you have the resources to manage critical cases and provide thorough, high-quality veterinary medicine every day.

Your Impact as a Receptionist

• Be the Director of First Impressions : You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination : You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
• Advocate for Pet Health : You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
