The Responsibilities :
Update fleet list and ServiceTitan to accurately reflect fleet usage and truck assignmentsMaintain Nextraq portal to reflect truck and tech assignmentProvide management with Nextraq driving reports to insure safe drivingManage truck inventory cycle counting processManage new truck inventory set up processManage tool asset trackingOversee on and off boarding of assigning vehiclesManage company supplied tools and their maintenanceManage tool replacement program and chargebacks as neededAccident and roadside assistanceNegotiate and approve all fleet related repairs and maintenancePerform and document weekly vehicle inspections and present to managementManage the process of acquiring a new vehicle to assignment (wrap, bens, tools, inventory)Oversee WEX card processShow employees how their individual contributions matter to fleet and safety successOversee parking lot organization and cleanlinessKeep up with all fleet keysWe are a company with a strong growth plan and you'll have the opportunity to go as far as your winning attitude and hard work can take you.
The qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.Advanced Excel knowledge.Self-starter / resourceful - able to independently work, learn & plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion.Experience with inventory management software.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with store teams, finance team and upper management.Ability to use financial metrics to accurately read and diagnose business performance. The ability to use all levers to maximize key performance metric outputs.Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving.A self-motivated leader who is accountable for one's work.Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data.High degree of financial acumen.High degree of action orientation and strong negotiation skillsAt Bardi you'll be working with a great team that takes pride in "Creating Comfort with Excellent Service" for its clients.
