Daily Responsibilities
In this role, you'll engage directly with union members who request information about their benefits :
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Scheduling and hosting appointments (phone or virtual)
- Conducting presentations to explain available benefits
- Completing required paperwork and documentation
- Ensuring quality control and accuracy
- Participating in leadership development opportunities
