Job Program Manager Non Tech 1 Location Redmond, WA 98052

Summary : The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

Job Responsibilities : Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. May direct, and evaluate work of peers and team members, and develop training material for staff members in PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word. Knowledge of project management principles and familiarity with project management techniques.

Skills : Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for managing operations, services. Ability to facilitate meetings. Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Teams, etc. Prior Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), PowerApps (Power Automate) and PowerBI preferred but not required.

Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, supply chain, operations, engineering or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. 0-2 years experience required.
