Job description

Salesforce Sr. Developer (Field Service with Leankor)

Experience & Responsibilities :

  • 5+ Years Experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Application projects as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience with at least (1) project where Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service was implemented to support : On-Demand / repair services, Machinery Upgrade Services, Planned Maintenance Services.
  • Experience with at least (1) project where Salesforce Field Service was implemented in conjunction with the Leankor Work Management platform.
  • Experience with the configuration, customization, and integration of Leankor Work Management platform.
  • Ability to build and maintain custom code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

Skills and Certifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years implementing Salesforce applications for Sales / Service and field Service.
  • Four or more Salesforce certifications, for Administrator, Developer, and Field Service.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Familiarity with modern development technologies and languages, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or .NET.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and technologies, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, ESBs, and messaging systems.
