Our Client Advisory Services (CAS) team delivers strategic insights and operational support to businesses across various industries, helping them optimize financial performance and achieve long-term success.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Associate to support our CAS team in delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients. This role requires strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and process improvements.

Salary : $40,000–$50,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Location : Local candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical & Professional Expertise :

• Assist in managing multiple CAS client engagements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
• Stay up to date on regulatory and industry changes, supporting clients with informed guidance.
• Apply analytical skills to identify process improvements and assist in developing tailored client solutions.
• Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks and Bill.com, to streamline financial operations and reporting.
• Support the resolution of bookkeeping challenges and discrepancies.
• Apply knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and fundamental accounting principles.
• Use accounting software and automation tools to enhance client service and improve workflow efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to implement technology-driven solutions for clients.
