Rio Bank is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team in McAllen , Texas . Rio Bank is a South Texas bank that first opened its doors in 1985. Summary

As a Universal Bankeryou would be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, opening new accounts, and processing a variety of teller transactions. You would also play a key role in educating customers about Rio Bank's products and services and making recommendations that meet their needs.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7 : 45 a.m. to 6 : 15 p.m. (hours vary)

Saturdays, 8 : 45 a.m. to 1 : 15 p.m. (on a rotation basis)

What You'll Do

• Provide a high level of customer service to our customers
• Process a variety of retail and commercial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and check cashing
• Balance cash drawer daily
• Assist in ordering, receiving, verifying, and distributing cash
• Open and close accounts and perform account maintenance
• Process check orders, debit cards, wire transfers, and stop payments.
• Promote the bank's products and services
• Answer customer inquiries in a helpful manner and refer customers to to other departments as needed
• Process ATM, Debit and ACH disputes
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures
• Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality
